My search for ‘night sweats’, ‘night sweating’, ’ night and sweating’ turned up nothing actually about sweating at night. The search did turn up the post about ‘if lotR had been written by someone else’ and another one about guns. If someone can find a thread that already discusses this i’d been happy to read it.

That said, help!!! I’m sweating like crazy at night. I have to get up two or three times to change my night clothes, pillowcase and sometimes the sheet and duvet as well. What the heck is going on? Also (TMI) my period is totaly wonky and my nipples are sore. My period is coming anywhere from 23 to 30 days apart.

My main discomfort is the sweating though. I’m an average weighted 32 year old. I’m going crazy with the sweating and any personal experience advice would be greatly appreciated.

IANAD, and you should see yours. This is the kind of symptom perimenopausal women get, and 32 is kind of young for that. If your periods have not been irregular before, and now are, that’s also a good reason to find out why. Although varying between 23 and 30 days is not that great a range. Your gyno can check your hormone levels, review any meds you’re on, check for ovarian cysts, etc.
