Nintendo Switch

Got Celeste.

So far its amazing. You have to be so precise, and the level design is top notch. What a charming story as well!

enalzi, I was looking at the SteamWorl Heist trailer yesterday and contemplating it for my next purchase.
Just wondering, I’m really enjoying Mario+Rabbids and wondering if it is in the same vein, i.e. turn-based, special abilities, weapon upgrades etc. My wife loves the same sort of elements (though less turn-based) in the Pikmin series.

Do you you reckon it’d be up our strasse?

has been heroes had a nice idea but didn’t come close to fulfilling it …

Yep, it’s basically a 2d version of that, with a little bit of Worms thrown in. You actually have to aim your shots, and certain weapons bounce off walls or fire in an arc.

I got one around Christmas, and it looks like I might have to turn in my membership to the PC Gaming Master Race. ™ Of all the games on the system, I’ve been stuck in Stardew Valley the longest by far, I’ve sunk around 200 hours into it, compared to maybe 40 each into Mario Odyssey and Zelda BotW. My lesser played titles include Mario Kart, which is great for multiplayer fun with the kids, and Snipperclips, a fun multiplayer puzzler. I’ve actually bought Mario & Rabbids last month, but I haven’t actually started playing it yet, because those crops won’t plant and harvest themselves.

i got the Switch last week but some games are still lacking for it. I am hoping they would make a SIMS game for the Switch!!

I only got my Switch at Christmas, so I’m still up to my eyeballs in Breath of the Wild. The breakable weapons mechanic isn’t quite as annoying as I thought it would be (it’s what turned me off of the Fire Emblem series), and I’ve had a blast exploring and generally venturing into places that you shouldn’t be so early in a game. I have a string of demos lined up, and I’m thinking about getting Stardew Valley (which I also have on the desktop, but I didn’t realize you could pick different farm layouts at the beginning of the game, so I wouldn’t mind starting from scratch on a different system).

Finally got around to getting Splatoon 2. I put if off for a while because I’m not a fan of online games or shooters, but I’m having a blast with it.

I just got **Rayman **and Little Nightmares.

Little Nightmares is a gem!! But those load times…

Rayman’s going to take some practice because Mario, Donkey Kong and Rayman all play uniquely.

Anyone pumped for E3? Fornite is all but confirmed, but I never really liked that game. Can’t wait for Smash!
