Doesn’t this have a serious potential to taint the jury pool? Isn’t this highly unusual? Is this another Judge blinded by the spotlight?
Is it wrong to tell potential jurors what evidence **may be ** against Kobe, without allowing for rebuttal? Isn’t that the reason why they are usually closed, to the public?
This one will be televised. I mean people believe what the see and hear on tv, especially from law enforcement. If the DA says he has evidence, then he must evidence. Kobe’s guilty.
What’s the chance for a change of venue, because of this? Should they(defense) be allowed one?
