4.2 here is COZI too but local NBC drops in a repeat of MTP. Maybe they also do so in Chicago.
Hoping that was sarcasm, considering what a predictable yawnfest I knew it’d be. The women’s singles final, OTOH, was way more exciting and suspenseful, with Chuck Todd opining wistfully on young spunky Ostapenko’s prospects.

Seriously, man. Who are you?
I need a better piece of tape on my webcam, obviously.
Yes, it was a beat down, but its a joy to watch a humble classy guy like Nadal at the top of his game in the twilight of his career. He announced he is questionable for Wimbledon because of his knees. I totally agree with you on the Women’s Final.
I don’t know which is worse, listening to politicians/commentators lie right to you while justifying awful public policy initiatives and arguing political scandals, or listening to tennis players “grunting” (i.e., screaming at the top of their lungs) during every shot.
I think I’d rather see the politicians too.
Rafa hasn’t been predictable for years, now. So happy to see him dominate again, although I do like Stan as well, but I’m not surprised if Rafa’s knees won’t recover before Wimbledon.
Knees notwithstanding, I predict he’ll take next year’s French Open too. I see him from this point onwards coddling his career around that tournament - basically playing less of them (likely the minimum required amount for players in the open category) so that he can be in his best shape for that tourney. Heck - why not, especially considering his chances to win the other three majors (or other non-clay ATP events) are much, much slimmer now.
And thus he’ll pre-empt Meet the Press once again next year (despite it probably being shown on other channels too).
