If Xc= 1/(2 x 3.14 x f x c) and Xc is ohms, why can’t bandwidth increase infinitely and cable tv be free?

Huh?
Xc is the impedance of a capacitor at a particular frequency. You can’t just say that Xc = 0, so f = infinity.
