Do you mean the National Weather Service? If so, they are a part of the NOAA.
Thanks, Joey… I just visitied www.noaa.gov, but the webpage was simply chock-full of links to all about what the NOAA agency is doing…without breaking is down to which specific services (like NWS) within NOAA are doing what. - Jinx
