Do there exist iPhone headphones with the microphone/rocker switch that are in the form of headphones, i.e. outside the ear?
I like the convenience of the microphone and switch on the earbuds that came with mine, but I am supposed to avoid earbuds for medical reasons.

They could be Apple or third-party, it doesn’t make a difference to me.
I am currently sitting at the computer listening through a set of these. Sennheiser HD 218i. They have the Apple-style control buttons and microphone on the cord. I use them with my iPhone all the time, wearing them with the phone in my pocket. I have taken calls when standing at the counter, pressing the button to accept, then gone on to wash the dishes while chatting.
