I had a good day today - in court on an appeal that I’ve been knocking myself out on, other counsel makes his pitch to the bench, the judges huddle, presiding judge says, “We won’t call on you, Mr. jti, appeal will be dismissed.” Yayy!!

Hope other people had good days today.

Nice! Very rare, in my experience, for an appeal to be scheduled for oral argument and then summarily decided during the argument! You obviously briefed it well enough that there was no question left for them to ask you.
