Not sure

Well Personally I would Never eat the meat that has been that old… but that is just me.
I’ve had this discussion with my old boss many times. He has eaten lots of old meat at different times and he is still going strong… however I think he may have built up and endurance to it.

He once told me a story of a butcher from Africa who killed and cleaned the animals in his home. He never washed his hands, and always ate his meals while cleaning the meat. Also his four small children would play in the disgarded bones. None of whom got sick at all. Point being we develope antibodies as a protection to our enviroments… including what we eat. If you have eaten old meat in the past it isn’t going to surprise me if you end up spending an evening with the porcelain goddess.

So it’s upto you. I’m just saying I wouldn’t do it.

I screwed up here… somehow made this reply a new thread. just ignore it please…

but if you want it goes with “should I toss the meat?”
