NotfooledbyW....AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!

Since this is just idle chat on the internet…squeak squeak…

If you have a point that has any semblance of being a reality, have you informed XT or asked why XT took my original comment to Adaher so seriously that he needed to ID it as untrue?

Seems to me that even if you have a point, I contend that the relativity between man and mouse remains; however starting from the baseline of all of us participating in ‘idle chat’ instead of ‘Great Debates’.

Here Kitty Kitty!

Remember folks, it took several years for gonozomax to get banned. This guy may be on a quicker path, but we probably can’t count on it.

I take it all back. You were more tolerable when you were pooping out detached single sentences.

Heck, I look forward to his obsolescence.

“Not fooled by… W? George W. Bush? Wasn’t he, like, three presidents ago? Get over it, already.”

Hey, this could be just the break the Kerry campaign has been waiting for.

No, I’m pretty sure he means Washington.

That crafty wood-toothed marijuana-wrangler never did fool me, either.

I think that if what NFBW has posted is spoken out loud in the format of formal debate, its interesting. The pauses seem nearly perfect for verbal delivery.

I don’t feel qualified to comment on the substance of the facts or of the posts. I was never a Dubya fan and would happily walk barefoot for 2 chances to bean Sketchers off of his coke-emptied head.
(I’ve often wondered whether, given sufficient shoes, “Stars and Stripes Forever” could be played xylophone-style off of that skull…)

Let’s assume for purposes of argument, that you’re right. I don’t know that you are. I don’t, even after reading that thread and this one, know what you and XT are arguing about. Something like disputing whether Blix said that Iraq was in compliance with UN requirements or substantial compliance? Anyway, I don’t particularly care.

Lets say you’re right, and he’s totally misrepresented your position. What do you hope to gain by continuing this? XT is obviously not going to back down, and all you’re doing is annoying people, because you’re posting these giant posts about some issue that nobody really cares about and no one knows how to get you to stop.

I’m with you on that Count, but I think there’s still a better way before Lil Dubby croaks of old age.

Perhaps a civilized conversation in the pit is against the rules. I dunno. I’ll chance it.

My answer to Captain is I know XT is not going to change, and I could care less if he does. All I want here is anyone that looks at the two statements on Post #52 can just give an honest opinion if there is any significant difference in the meaning, context and substance although stated differently.

Gyrate has seen no difference on substance. That’s it I’m happy just post a response to that in earnest. If you see a difference or font understand substance let me know.
I’ll tell you why in later posts.

I’m in and out the rest of the day.

So are you telling him to grow some marshmallows or grow some truth?

Juss cain’t puhleeeze 'em all kin ya?

But that was an enjoyable one.

The reason people can’t stand you is that you think pedantic issues are important, you don’t listen to anyone, and no matter what the topic at hand really is, you think it is all about you and your views.

Such as, this whole thread is about how annoying you are. It isn’t about post 52, it isn’t about Blix, it isn’t about some other thread. But it’s like you feeble mind can’t possibly grasp what other people are saying about you, so you make your posts about Iraq.

Just like in the other thread when I asked you why you feel compelled to post the way you do, and you went on to ask me several questions about Blix. For someone who started here with such a bizarre and intricate way of quoting other posters, you seem to have zero clue or interest in what anyone else is actually saying, unless you can bring up the Iraq war in response.

Could be worse. He could be NotFooledByLBJ.

LBJ! Slooooowly, I turned. Step by step…

I’m sure we are all waiting with bated breath. :stuck_out_tongue: Though, honestly, you don’t need to give any additional evidence that you are a dipshit of epic, even biblical proportions.

I posted the above to explain why I am sticking up for myself. If that annoys people, many of whom, I have had no or little direct interaction with, so be it.

Perhaps you and they are easily annoyed. Do you recall this early exchange on the Bush Library thread?
It was post #033 on 06/09 at 08:43 AM You staked out your position and I responded to what you wrote in the second quote:

If you thought this was a pointless discussion why not back out. I was carrying o a discussion with Adaher.

But hey, here is I guess one of my responses to you that gets all lumped into to what apparently annoys you:

I asked in a polite and reasonable way to let me finish going through some things with Adaher. ( I still want to finish up with that) Around that time I was working on a lump sum bid for my company for a project going in the range of $275 million dollars. I worked a couple of sixteen hour days prior to the bid. I’m not saying you had anything to do with it, but the whole conversation because of XT’s bs attack on my comment to Adaher ended up much differently than what I wanted to happen on that thread.

It pisses me off what XT did.
IF that Annoys you, I don’t worry about what I can’t control. And apparently you are not open to where I wished to take the argument against Adaher in that thread. I think that would have explained a lot. And still can.

See, continued responses like this are why there’s a pit thread about you.

Honestly, yea, there are, in that the other statement recognizes there are still issues (which, the summary has Blix saying can be resolved quickly). But, really, at this point, who cares? I think we all at this point recognize that Bush was going to invade Iraq regardless of what Blix said, and at this point, it’s 10 years of water under the bridge.

You know, remembering back, I didn’t really like the Bush Administration. A lot of that was just that I didn’t like his policies (although I did, at the time, support the Iraq war). I’m a fairly good Democrat, and I didn’t like a lot of stuff he proposed.

But, beyond that, the thing I really didn’t like was the mood. It seemed like everybody was angry, all the time. Liberals were angry because of the war and the whole response to terrorism with the indefinite detentions and stuff. Conservatives were mad at anti-war protesters and all. It was exhausting. And, I’m begging you, don’t bring that back.

I’ll just post a bit more as to how I conducted myself with Ravenman on the Bush Library thread:

In post #038 at 06/09 at 09:38 AM I responded to the following from Ravenman:

And here is my response Bolding is mine NOW:

I have a valid point about Iraq being in violation of international law in October 2002, but Iraq was in compliance with Iraq’s final opportunity to comply with UN Res 1441 in March 2003 when Bush decided to invade.
I was not asking you to believe something that is my opinion or theory or some contrived argument .. that is a fact.
Reasonable people should be able to discuss such points, counter points and settle things out see where it leads.

That Iraq was in violation of international law in October 2002 is a critical point in my argument I wished to present in my thread.

If I am wrong… tell me and tell me why. That is all I ask.
