This is one sone that is played at weddings as much as Every Breath You Take, but it is NOT pro-women. It says that women are childish at times. Yes, true. Same with us men as Boots Are Made For Walkin’ reminds us. It could also be about dating someone too young. Change the “she” to “he” and it’s just as factual.

Parse it this way: She’s doing all that nasty shit to YOU but she’s always a woman to ME. And having observed this, I’m going to try like hell to stay on her good side and not complain too loudly around her about this state of affairs.
