Coming from a rural background “Hunter” wellies have long had a certain reputation associated with them.
Serious farmers don’t bother with them, horsey people and those playing with the lifestyle a la Marie Antoinette are much more likely to sport a pair. I suppose the Kate Moss photo above is in line with this thinking.
