“HH” as in “heil Hitler.” “H” being the 8th letter of the English alphabet. This is, like, old news, as in decades. Maybe you had to be in the right place at the right time, but I remember it from the late 90s, at least.

It’s been brought up a number of times here on the SDMB, as well, even in the relatively recent past.
