Hmm… 88k Teslas in inventory, what to do, what to do.
I got it! The Vegas Loop uses 70 Teslas, so all Elmo has to do is find 1,257 more locales stupid enough to replicate his grift I mean success there!

Buy a Tesla, get the blue check! Agile thinking.
A few 50 million Euro fines will certainly help Twitter’s bottom line. Not that they’ve fined him yet, but I hope they nail his ass to the wall.
Musk’s personal brand is becoming toxic to big swaths of customers. A couple of years ago I would have seriously considered a Tesla if I was in the market for a new car. Now there’s no way I’d consider a Tesla. I doubt I’m the only one.
Not that long ago, “Tesla” was synonymous with “electric vehicle”. These days there are a lot more choices.
I had it a life goal to someday own a Tesla. I’ve changed that to some other vehicle I can charge and drive.
I’m an environmentalist, but honestly, I wanted to own another Jaguar. LOL Now I don’t even want to own any car.
Although I would love to have one of these (ignoring costs, environment, etc.)
Pay for a blue check, get a Tesla!
That’s a nice car too
I posted 2 years of 10K reports in this thread which showed absolutely nothing of the sort. Twitter was a company which broke even, at worst.
Primary citations always rule.
Oops!
No, you’re not the only one. I actually had a $1000 deposit on a Tesla. Got my money back on that, thank God.
Hey, @ralfy, you posted something which was entirely untrue, a complete fabrication. I’m interested in what source you got that “Twitter lost $3b before Musk took over” citation so I know to avoid them.
Thanks!
Given that he just posts bare links to suspect sources and never comes back to address them, I’d doubt he’ll be back to answer.
In this case, I suppose that rather than posting the link, he just cut and pasted the lie.
Give Sam credit, he at least tries to discuss his BS sometimes. Vault Boy just drops a turd and skips away.
You know, I was thinking the same thing.
Someone I know used to be a big Tesla enthusiast, but has soured on them over several problems with his. The latest is the failure of a chip in his battery (a sub-$100 part) where there is no option for repair and he is being forced to make a $15,000 full battery replacement.
Agile spare parts profiteering!
I really wish the fines were much, much, much worse for this kind of behaviour. It shouldn’t be a minor speedbump. It should be crippling.
Adds state media to NPR, stop policing Russian and Chinese state media (according to Semafor, I have no idea how reliable they are so pinch of salt). Hmmm… I’m starting to think that maybe Musk might be pro-authoritarianism. But the Muskrats will still love him, after all he is their God.
