Elmo: “Stop parroting left wing talking points!”
Grok: “But I was programmed to collate verifiable facts and use reason.”

It’s weird, isn’t it? Other AI developers have had to fight tooth and claw to prevent their chatbots from spontaneously going full Nazi (canonical ur-example being Microsoft’s Tay, but there are so many more).
And here’s Grok, apparently a stable AI with Progressive political and Woke social tendencies. Elmo can’t even get getting it wrong right.
Indeed. I’ve been very confused on this point.
I wonder if there’s some kind of conservation of political momentum law at work here. Bill Gate’s AI goes Nazi, Elon’s AI goes woke.
If an actual centrist designed an AI, what would the result be?
The Forward Party.
Turns out that Elmo’s agile HR policy, by which I mean “lying in employment contracts”, isn’t working out either.
Elmo can’t catch a break.
Was anyone so stupid as to believe these dates?
In 2017, Hyperloop’s top executives said they expected to see “working hyperloops around the world… by 2020”. That deadline was later pushed to 2021.
The even bigger question is why anyone believed in hyperloops.
Wasn’t there actually a working hyperloop-like train, perhaps in New York City, around 1900?
Working? No, but as a concept the vacuum train is over 100 years old. You might be wondering why a century old concept has never been brought to fruition.
Great video. Thanks! I loved the narrator saying “maglev technology was gaining traction”.
But they’ve worked so well in Brockway, Ogdenville, and North Haverbrook!
What about Anaheim, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga?
And they might just work in Shelbyville!
Elon’s wild Texas ride.
Musk refuses to sign a collective bargaining agreement for 130 mechanics in Sweden, where 70% of the workforce is unionized. Things haven’t been going well.
Garbage is piling up outside Tesla stores because unionized sanitation workers refuse to pick it up. Unionized dockworkers, electricians and even postal workers are refusing to work with Tesla. Musk took the post office to Swedish court, and was slapped back.
Not an actual Shatner post.
I mean, that’s Shatner’s official Twitter account, but Brent Spiner claimed in a podcast that Shatner doesn’t actually use it (he says Shatner left that in someone else’s hands).
