He did always want to go to space so instead of a kick, hopefully a Ralph Cramden-esque ‘Bang, Zoom, to the Moon’ instead
The Stupid - it burns!
Twitter still has some advertising:
Oh, that should bring the major advertisers flocking back, you betcha!
Is that like an upgrade to the x-ray vision glasses they used to advertise in the back of “boys life”?
My, my, that Elon fellow has always been a real class act.
For a few hours, right? And haven’t their accounts been restored? Musk says he didn’t know anything about it, but once he found out the accounts seem to have been restored. Maybe not all of them?
- How on earth is that relevant? Dude’s a pathological liar.
- Even if it were true, it indicates that totally bananas things are happening under the boss without his knowledge or control. If he didn’t want a purge of journalists and lefists from his site, and a subordinate did it anyway, that should be grounds for an instant and public firing.
That wasn’t the work of an underling. That was Grok trying its hand virtual appendages at user management.
But not stupid. He thinks Biden is out to get him, and if he actually had failed tests, or if no such tests were done, he should expect the government to leak it. That’s my basis for assuming that it’s true. Also, if he was under a random testing regime, I don’t believe he would risk his relationship, with NASA.
I agree with that, with one possible caveat: It may have been an algorithmic error, which was found and corrected. But if some employee took it upon themselves to close accounts without Musk knowing and outside of policy, yup, fire 'em. And announce it.
If it were an algorithmic error you would expect that probably thousands of ordinary users would have their accounts closed for each one of these liberal journalists having their account closed.
He may be high int, but he’s low wis. He’s arrogant beyond belief, and regularly spouts lies that are easily disproven. There’s no basis for assuming that his words are true, given the sheer quantity of his lies.
Now THAT’S a job i want
I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic, but I, in complete sincerity, would NOT want such a job. Looking at images that have been flagged for review means looking at some really disturbing stuff - child abuse, torture, etc… From what I’ve read, it’s a very traumatizing thing to have to do.
I’ve heard the same thing. And not all of the disturbing stuff is images. I’ve heard that just reading the vile stuff spewed by people is disturbing to have to do every day, all day.
