Nope, but brauts boiled in Beer and coarsely chopped onions with a 2 minute rest on a BBQ grill is DEVINE!
Or green-lipped muscles poached in beer. Yum!

We made some Belgian beef carbonnade a couple of weekends ago, when it was still cold, that was to die for. Essentially beef stew with carmelized onions, carrots and a couple of bottles of dark Belgian ale. Washed down with another couple of bottles of Belgian ale, of course. Yumm!
