Contrary to popular belief Jessica Alba has done a nude secene in a movie called The Sleeping Dictionary it was good but not full frontal I suspect she was 18 at the time it just toppless though she had a nice set on her even back then

Julie Christie was a huge star in the 60’s especially with Doctor Zhivago. Started doing nude scenes in the 70’s. The weirdest was Demon Seed that features a computer controlled house that rapes her. I just couldn’t believe someone I knew from Doctor Zhivago was doing that.

Madonna has produced several videos, featuring her boytoy/husband (Jesus Luiz) in the buff. Kinda weird, as she is old enough to be his grandmother.

It was a body double in The Sleeping Dictionary. But Alba did recently do her first genuine nude scene in The Killer Inside Me, which I guess is cause for reviving an eight year old thread.
Some other long time holdouts who’ve done nude scenes since 2003: Kirsten Dunst, Natalie Portman, and Winona Ryder.

Not an actress, so technically not what the OP was looking for, but I was mightily surprised to see Rick Springfield lose his duds and simulate some seriously raunchy sex on the Showtime series “Californication” a couple years ago.
One of the greatest? Possibly…but the SINGLE greatest tragedy would be Micheal Bay refusing to do a nude scene of Scarlett Johansson even though she asked to do one in The Island.
She didn’t want to show her breasts on screen, she just didn’t want her character to be wearing a bra during sex, which she referred to as “ghetto.” Bay’s response was that the the movie was PG-13, not R, but I’m convinced she meant to shoot her from a different angle so she could be braless but not nude on camera. The blocking and lighting was already set, though, so it was too late by then.
You can see Jessica Beal get pretty naked and freaky in Blue Powder. She seemed to be carefully covering up until then.
I’m a little tired of Olivia Wilde getting naked all over the place without turning around or getting her hands out of the way.
