So the loans were perfect becasue Trump and the bank made money? What about the tax fraud Donald? The taxes you didn’t pay to New York because you devauled property for tax purposes and inflated the value for loan purposes? What about the people who could not get more favorable loans becasue they loaned the money to you under fradulant conditions? The state of New York, the taxpayers and other businesses who play by the rules are the victums here.
It was a perfect scam until you caught. And the witnesses, they were the documents you and your team signed off on as being truthful. The witness is the state of New York you fool.
I think we are around ten or fifteen minutes from the prosecution starting. They are allotted 2.5 hours. It would be funny if they just said, “The prosecution rests”.

He was asked if he will go to the documents trial, and he says “I wanna go to all my trials…” like it’s part of his social calendar.
The usual blather. “Election interference, set up by Biden, blah blah blah.” He’s a victim, and it’s Biden’s fault. Letitia James met with Biden recently; he just found out about that. Of course, they were planning something against him.
He’s taking questions, but not giving answers, just blathering.

I agree that while the man shouldn’t have been allowed to speak, it’s also a bench trial. If the judge wants to let Trump rant and rave like a sovereign citizen going on and on about joinder and legal names and how the court doesn’t have any jurisdiction over him well, there’s no jury to worry about or anything. Let the man hang himself and give the State everything they asked for, maybe more.

I read an article recently that said Taylor Swift’s training regimen for her last tour involved singing her entire repertoire for 3 and a half hours while running on a treadmill. I wonder if lawyers have similar workout routines?
