In Manhattan, even-numbered streets typically carry east-bound traffic, while odd-numbered streets carry west-bound traffic. True, but unless you’re taking your car along with you on the subway, the fact that a street is one way or not is not a concern. The question seemed to be about the streets themselves, not the traffic pattern.
