But telling Congress and the public he won’t be doing it, then intentionally doing is when it comes to a matter of billions with a foreign nation who really doesn’t like is telling.

What I am saying is that IMO you and many others will try and use this to justify your support of Trump’s lies (and the lies of those around him), with exactly the logic I proffered in my earlier post.
