They were an organization, for young people, in Canada.
They may or may not have been connected with bicycles.
They may or may not have been all female.
They may or may not have referred to themselves as viddle vops (spelled as is).
The only reference I have to them is a 46-48 comic strip, that provides the above.
This even mentions “viddle vops”. It looks like they may not have been Canadian specific or perhaps even Canadian at all. The article mentions Tulane University, which I believe is in Louisiana, so there might be a connection with Quebec or Acadia.
