Obscure Catchphrase Challenge

The next one is more a anti creationist phrase than a catch phrase but that does not seem to bother most people around here. Click to find the answer.
The stupid people are taking over!

“Unbelievable!”

Yes! That’s it!
Animated:

“Up and atom!”

Let’s see. No one has yet chimed in with “Good Night Mrs. Calabash,” which is relatively easy.

For “revolting development,” I was going for “Life of Riley,” but it looks like he wasn’t the only one to use it as a catchphase (though Ben Grimm was probably thinking about him).

Some more (BTW, I consider a movie catchphrase a repeated line, and one that will always remind you of the movie. Just a good quote isn’t enough):

“'Tain’t a fit night out for man nor beast.” (degree of difficulty 5 of 10)

“And don’t call me chief!” (2)

“Jumping Butterballs!” (9)

“Patty cake patty cake baker’s man. Bake me a cake as fast as you can.” (6)

“Keep your eye on the ball.” (5) (I know this can be several, but I looking for one film where it was said so many times it became a catchphrase.)

“Hello, folks!” (spoken in a goofy falsetto just after a short, tinkly tune) (10)

“Anaheim, Azusa, and _________________.” (2)

“Calling Doctor Howard, Doctor__________, Doctor _____________” (filling in the blanks: 2. Naming the film 6, though the name is very well known in another context).

“Great Caesar’s Ghost!” (1)

“It is my only weakness.” (3)

Finish: "In brightest day . . . " (1) Naming who wrote it: (8)

“Cowabunga!” But who said it first? And it wasn’t Bart Simpson. (7)

“Friday the 13th comes on a Sunday this month.” (7)

“L’il Anjil” (4)

Atom Ant!

“Cowabunga!”

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Radioactive Man, from The Simpsons.

My contributions:

“'M’kay?” (animated)

“America! AMERICA!” (live action)

“[sigh] Dang it!” (amimated)

“You put your WEED in there!” (live action, fairly obscure)

Miss Piggy, Muppet Babies. I used to watch that every Saturday.

Dammit, I was going to post this one. Oh well.

Mr. Van Driesen, the hippy teacher from Beavis and Butthead?

Hank Hill, King of the Hill
Tentacle Monster -correct!

No takers huh?

Letterman worked this as the “latest, new and improved” catch phrase when he was still at NBC. I guess it never caught on.

Unclviny

All from anime (a few easy ones, some obscures, but none too disgustingly unknowable, I hope):

“I mustn’t run away, I mustn’t run away, I mustn’t run away–”

“Kanchigai suru na, Kakarrotto–”

“Oro!”

“Love and Peace! XD”

“Search and destroy! Search and destroy! SEARCH AND DESTROY!”

“TAMAHOME!” (“MIYAKA!”)

“Today’s Experiment…Failed.”

“That is a secret. ^_^”

“This can’t be happening to me!”

The Great Will of the Macrocosm, Excel Saga

The ending of every episode of Excel Saga except for one.

No.

Yes!

I love Excel Saga. PUCHUUU?

Here are a couple.

TV:
I don’t think so, Tim.
Does everybody know what time it is?
Who do you think’s…in the burgers?

Cartoons:
Goodie goodie gosh!

Comics:
Good grief.
Egad!

Movies:
Great Scott!
That was non… Non-non… NON-heinous!
Party on!

bzzt Nope. She does say it, but it’s a more famous catchphrase of a different character. (I only have one catchphrase per anime in that list.)

No, I meant the original.

Thought I’d throw it in, I figured I was wrong.

I’m pretty sure that Love and Peace is Vash from Trigun though.

I’m going to guess Barv, the disgusting chef from You Can’t Do That On Television.

Live action TV:

“Bite me, it’s fun.”

Animated:

“Uh, Quinn, isn’t that like, that girl you know, or something?”

“Uh, Quinn, isn’t that like, that girl you know, or something?”

Quinn’s friends on Daria.
Animated:
“I will right wrongs and triumpth over evil–and that means you.”

Live Action:
“How rude!”
