Thanks, but no, this is an unclassified CIA report that was previously available.
What I’m talking about is a classified multi-agency consensus report that had excerpts released just yesterday.
Looked for it this AM. Didn’t find it. Maybe by tomorrow ? The whitehouse.gov site has a complete transcript of the press conference where it was presented, an interesting read by itself, but no NIE yet.
