I Want to Eat Your Pancreas is a Japanese novel/manga/anime. A romantic one, despite the title.
The title is a reference to a superstition about sympathetic magic and the disease that one of the MCs suffers.
Manga and Anime titles don’t make a lick of sense. None of them. They also give their lead heroic characters dull names like Leonard and Agatha.
