I have no idea… I’d have called it an “official record of name changes,” myself. (if I’d had the idea for the thread in the first place) Sounds like one of those made-up words… or an unnecessary amplification of an existing word.
I used to be Tretiak and thanks to my own stupidity was able to get that one 86’d by the powers that be (after well over a thousand posts) and I am now the Eight-legged Mobster. I didn’t bother to ask to have post totlas or other vitals transferred.
No idea what tdn’s name is, but I’m positive you’re thinking of tlw. Don’t ask me how I know, I just do.
Now, back to the post I was going to make before I got distracted by the need to update my blog and LJ. (with pretty much the same thing)
Troy McClure SF used to be known as jjtm. It’s in his sig, and I believe he changed it to avoid confusion with jjimm. (I admit I was mixed up between them for a time, so I’m glad he changed it)
Yes, hi, I’m Tracey, fka tlw and now TeaElle. You might remember me from MPSIMS threads such as “I’m Having a Baby - Right Now!” and “Darn You, Pregnancy Hormones!” Yes, I am a woman, chick, broad or whatever appelation you like to apply to female type poster people.
I look forward to having all of you join me in my upcoming thread “I’m Having Another Baby - Right Now” which should be debuting in three weeks or so.
wasn’t seal_cleaner a tad less helpful to the critters once upon a time in the guise of seal_clubber?
I was once Farkle but had a little trouble with a (now deceased) stalker figuring that out (gosh my life sounds far more exciting than it feels) so TubaDiva kindly wiped Farkle from existence without asking or knowing what name I would choose, it seemed appropriate that an extinct aussie rise in her place.
Actually, tubadiva mentioned it offhandedly in a reply to my request for help changing my email address. (Was my face red when I realized she wasn’t my ISP!)
I was glad to oblige - but it was a great name. Do you remember that adorable baby seal on the cover of National Georgraphic 20 years ago? Wanted to just grab a fireplace poker, didn’t you? I know I sure did.
Uh, sorry, tuba
