You know, before I ever clicked on the link, and even being fully aware of today’s date, my first thought was that it could very well be true, but buried under the urgent breaking news that Terri Schiavo is still dead, her families are still at each other’s throats, the pope is still dying, and Jacko is still a freak.

And in other astronomical news, Lick observatory’s mountain top site will be draped in cloth to prevent light pollution affecting the observatory’s sky viewing.
