Naw, it has nothing to do with Vietnam. It has more to do with Hagel becoming more and more kooky over the last couple years.

It’s too bad women don’t have to register for the draft, 'cause that would be really funny to hear coming out of the White House…
I have no comment on the OP, I just found the concept of “serfing” the web hilarious … this describes very well what I do for a living …
Since this isn’t GD, I’ll settle for just saying that I bet THIS guy won’t have to worry about being drafted.
