OJ Simpson was a great football player. I liked him as an actor.
But I believe he murdered his wife and Ronald Goldman. Hence, Curly Bill Brocius.

Fox did an interview with Simpson that dealt mainly with his book, but didn’t air it until something like 10 years later - "coincidentally’ on the same night that ABC aired its first episode of the long-running Fox series American Idol. By coincidence, 9-1-1 has also moved from Fox to ABC.)
OJ was a shitty poster boy for that cause. I recall reporting at the time that OJ was lionized by the police, and was treated with kid gloves during the multiple domestic disturbance calls by his fanboys in blue. “OMG, it’s OJ!”
Racism among the police was well-established. OJ suffered none of it.

One of the best documentaries I’ve ever seen. Essential viewing for anyone remotely interested in the case, or the man.
A lot of taxpayer money would have been saved if the cops had gone after him the way they’d go after any one of us.
