I’m not sure I’m even “doing” it right, much less what the meaning is.
I think it’s just a joke. I did exactly what the alt-text said when I first saw it…then again when I saw it just now.
There’s a volume control on it so that clicking the box makes beeping noises, and the mouse clicks show along the bottom as dots and dashes, depending on how long you held the mouse button down. I wonder if you’re supposed to enter Morse code into it, and it responds if you enter certain phrases?
The alt text and the flashing pattern is SOS, for what it’s worth.
