Johnny_L.A:
I say ‘groovy’.
But I say it ironically.
I say Groovy often. Life is like that, man!
The very few times I ever say “Okey Dokey” I don’t add anything at the end. Just Okey Dokey. Period. It’s sufficient affirmation in itself.
I know a guy who says “Okle Dokle.” Same thing; he doesn’t add anything to that.
Gollywompers…
Holy smoky. Definitely holy smoky.
Okie Dokie Something elsie ? That doesn’t really rhyme…
For me, it would be Artichokie .
Inner_Stickler:
Um, I say it very oddly. If I don’t say just okie dokie, then usually I say okily dokily my little shuhnokuhlee. Yeah. I dunno why, I just do. I think my mom made it up one goofy day when I was very little and it stuck.
Is Ned Flanders your dad?
From high school: Okie Dokie Chokey Smokey Take a Tokey
My coworker says Okie dokie in the pokey. Because being behind bars is hy-larious.
In my town, Saying “okie dokie smokey” became uncomfortable after that orphanage and nursing home both burned down on the same day.

I’d never knew anyone used anything after okiedokey, but only artichoky fits metrically of your choices. The others would be like saying “See you later, gator.”
In other words, you need four syllables with a trochaic (long short) feel.
