Old Apple/Mac commercial: 'Perpetually Corded'

There was an Apple/Mac commercial on TV many years ago that had a slow tracking shot of a PC. The voiceover was a man wondering what ‘PC’ stood for. ‘Perpetually Corded?’ he asked (since the Apple didn’t have a bunch of cords in the back).

Does anyone remember this commercial, what other guesses as to what ‘PC’ meant were, which computer it was for, and whether a video exists online?
