old photos/documents archiving

I’m slightly intimidated by the different types of archiving methods that are for sale out there. Does anybody have any experience with this?

I have a bunch of photos, pamphlets, papers, etc from my grandfather before and during WW2. Everything is different sizes, most are front and back printing. It’s not enough where it would be cost prohibitive from the websites I’ve been on (100 photos, maybe 50-100 other papers). Mainly looking for it to last another 65 years so kids, grand kids etc can see it.

What specifically are you looking to do with them? Are you thinking of digitization of the collection with storage for the items, or are you looking to create some sort of scrapbook/album type presentation? Depending upon the nature of what you want to do to keep the photos and documents intact, I may be able to give you further advice and resource help.
