Dogs sleep with cats! Jews and Muslims having brunch! This has to be some sort of hidden agenda, right? The right has been stonewalling every piece of meaningful legislation to come from the left and suddenly they’re throwing their rich buddies under the bus? Perhaps they are getting the idea that even they can’t sell their base on the idea of maintaining this giveaway.
I don’t see the change here. One guy is saying “I want tax cuts, but if I can’t get all of them, I’ll still vote for some of them.”
Republicans have been fixated on TAX CUTS like a heroin addict for far too long. When someone offers them half a hit, they’re going to take it.
So we have had the Bush tax cuts for, what, seven years now? Can somebody tell me when they will start creating jobs?
