Some really good photos. Reminds me of my uncle’s useless cat. He got a cat because of mice. The cat never killed a any mice ever. But she was darn cute!
let the mouse fatten up before eating. it’s strategy.
I don’t think my cat knows how to kill a mouse, but she sure did love playing with one that one time. We don’t know if the mouse was in the house and she nabbed it, or if she nabbed it outside and brought it into the house (to share with us, because she’s giving like that). She grabbed it up and zoomed back outside with it, so who knows. She did know that her mouth goes around the mouse, at least, even if Mr. Mouse didn’t end up dead. 
Those are some very good pictures. I was wondering, however, how long you let the mouse stay in your house and take pictures of it before you get something to catch the mouse with.
Isn’t that kind of how cats operate, they don’t so much as kill anything as play it to death.
Yeah, they play with it until it gets all used up and breaks and then it’s no fun any more.
I’m pretty sure fresh mouse tastes better than kibble.
