Doobieous: Man, I have never met anyone who knows what Pancit is! My ma makes it and god you are right, it is wondeful. She makes it with shrimp, beef, pork, green beans, cabbage, carrots, etc…now I am way hungry.
But alas, my fave dessert is chocolate dipped strawberries, ONLY from Godiva. Fave snack, now that’s a really hard one…cheeze-its. And meal either Mexican or chinese with crab rangoon, yummy!

MMMM… this makes me hungry. I can pig out on queso and chips or french fries. YUM! I can just feel my arteries hardening. I have never been able to stop eating either of the two until they are gone. I still crave them.
