Are there any programs online you have seen for setting up family trees?
It would be cool to find something that could be printed out as a diagram, so you could see** YOU** here and THEM there.
Thanks for looking here!

Nice and simple.
The Family Tree Maker program that you can buy has many report options for printable family trees, including 10 different charts (pedigree, fan, hourglass, etc.). Entries can be filtered for the desired information to be displayed for each person. Problem with any of these is that the size rapidly becomes unwieldy and printing the chart involves a lot of paper that then needs to be taped together. I bought a fan chart a long time ago that goes back six or eight generations. It’s probably 2’ x 3’ at least.
I use wikitree. It’s extensive, easy to use, and is part of a huge project attempting to create a world-wide family tree.
I have the MyHeritage Family Tree Builder from here. I can’t really tell you how it is as I’ve never really used it, but it is free.
Thank you everyone for these options. I’ll look at them all and see which one works best for me. I really appreciate those who have provided links.
Ancestry.com is excellent.
