The “two systems” you speak of are not really two totally different legal systems–they are both based on the same principles.They are no more different from each other than the 50 states in America, which all have slightly different variations on the same laws. Some states allow capital punishment, others don’t–but none of them allows women to be treated the way Sharia law does…
