OOLG De-illumination Procedure (Main Office)
At the end of each work day the Office Overhead Lighting Grid (OOLG) needs to be converted to De-Illumination mode.
To achieve this, please follow these simple steps:
WARNING: The OOLG and the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators operate on 110 volt alternating current at 15-20 amperages. The OOLG and the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators are NOT A TOY. Please follow these instructions to safely and properly control the OOLG and OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators.
1 - Locate the three (3) OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators.
A - On the wall left of the conference room,
B - On the divider right of the Off-Hours Unauthorized Personnel Notification System Key Panel (OUPNSKP)
C - On the wall right of the Magnatron Powered Thermal Processor (MPTP) in the main office area kitchen sub-division.
2 - Take note of the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators switch position.
3 - Stand directly in front of the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators with your body facing the wall.
4 - Extend the index finger of your right hand.
5 - Carefully place the tip of your index finger on the raised portion of the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuator switch. (Please note: In the case of a multi-unit OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuator, please begin the de-illumination starting at the left-most power actuator.)
6 - With your index finger, apply pressure in a forward motion until you hear the OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuator’s audible indicator (a “click” sound).
7 - At this point you will need to visually reference the OOLG to ensure De-Illumination of the proper section of the grid has occurred. It is possible a section of the OOLG will be converted to the illumination position.
If this happens STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
Return your index finger ON THE SAME WALL MOUNTED MECHANICAL POWER ACTUATOR AND RETURN IT TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION.
8 - Follow steps 1 through 7 until each OOLG wall-mounted mechanical power actuators are in the De-Illumination position.
For your convenience, you may print a copy of the OOLG De-illumination Procedure and take it with you until you have become familiar with the process.
