"Open Your Window"

In the movie “Pay it Forward” there is a Steve Earle song “Open Your Window”. The song was not included on the soundtrack and I can’t find it on any Earle release either. Help?

Thanks man…hope I can find one. Kinda crappy to only let you hear ten seconds of the track then be so damn stingy with the release.
