What Mozart piece is played in the opening scene of Amadeus?

We see an insane asylum,as I remember, and Salieri, an
inmate who’s crazy as a bed bug calls out “Mozart! Mozart!”

the first movement of Symphony 25. I’m not enough of a classical music nerd to tell you the K# off the top of my head.

I just found the CD at home and am playing it now on
my computer. (The K# is 183, which I wouldn’t ordinarily
know either but it’s documented in my Dell Jukebox.)

I used to have the Amadeus video but lent it out to
someone and it never came back. Not a total loss, though.
It’s at the top of my Netflix queue.
