Two animated GIFs (this one and this one) that I created using JASC Animation Shop 3.04 aren’t working correctly.
That is, when I created them, I set both to have a delay of 3/100 sec (33 fps). In preview, they looked fine – nice and smooth. Even exporting as an AVI kept the framerate. When I saved them as animated GIFs, however, they turn out jumpy, as you can see.
In testing, anything with a framerate in that area turned out jumpy when saved as an animated GIF.
Does anyone know why this is happening, and how I can fix it, either using Animation Shop 3.04 or another (free) program?
