Options for online training where you can tell someone actually took it

I want to offer some annual process training to our staff; currently we do this in a classroom situation but I want to do it online because scheduling it is a hassle. But if I just post a PowerPoint file, nobody’s going to actually read it.

How can I offer some sort of online training where I can tell that people at least moved their eyes over the page?

Same way they do it in school: give them a test.

Yup. 10 or so question quiz, need 80% right to pass, randomized questions taken from a selection of them if you really want to get clever.
