Orgasims and Stair climbing

Is it true that the energy put into an orgasism is the eqvalent of climbing a flight of say twelve stairs with regard to cardiac output and arobic excercise? Any help appreciated.

I assume you’re talking about orgasms and not organisms (though putting something into an organism might mean the same thing…).

To answer your question, I dunno. But assuming the answer is “yes,” it’s still irrelevant. You’re using different muscles and muscle groups to achieve orgasm. It’s the same reason why you might be able to bench press 200 pounds but can only lift a 25 pound dumbbell using the muscles in your shoulders.

Climbing stairs and having an orgasm might take the same amount of energy, but they each take a different rest period to recover. Can you imagine if you had to go to sleep after every floor?
