Orly Taitz resurfaces in New Hampshire

Fuck’s sakes. Obama’s your president. Suck it up.

KJR22, at this board we try to be very respectful of people’s copyrights. You posted an entire article written by someone else. Please don’t do that. I’ve trimmed the quote and inserted a link to the original.

Seriously? The very fact that Congress introduced all these bills (8) trying to CHANGE the Constitution to reflect that a natural born citizen does not require TWO citizen parents says it all!

Thank you, however, at least I did post it as a Mario Apuzzo, Esq. article. I did not take credit for it myself.

BTW, I’m surprised you allowed Jack Batty, who posted immediately before your response to me, to speak so “eloquently”? Why is HE not banned for using such foul language? Just askin’…!

Your argument would be a lot stronger if you didn’t keep mixing up the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. For example, your statement above is completely inaccurate since the DOI has no force of law within the US - which wasn’t even in existence until 11 years after the passing of the Declaration.

They did? Where? I want a specific citation to a law or clause passed by Congress which states this.

I saw that, but it’s not a matter of taking credit. The issue was that you reposted material under copyright without permission.

Profanity is allowed unless it’s really excessive or directed at someone else as an insult. His post was neither. Since you’re new here, I suggest you not try to tell other people what the rules are.

I even have a cite for my argument too.

KJR22, your long cut-and-paste screed didn’t cover the following:

[ol]
[li]Herbert Hoover, whose mother was born in Ontario, Canada. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_Hoover[/li][li]Woodrow Wilson, whose mother was born in Carlisle, Cumberland, England. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Woodrow_Wilson[/li][li]James Buchanan, whose father was born in Donegal, Ireland. Buchanan was born in 1791, arguably after the grandfather clause would have expired. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Buchanan[/li][/ol]
So, your entire thesis is moot. Next?

KJR22,
When will you be speaking out against Mitt Romney’s candidacy? Has Orly filed a lawsuit to stop this travesty?

And please, don’t even try to tell me that Obama was not even a gleam in the DNC’s eye in 2003…we all know they had long been preparing for him to be their “savior”.
[/quote]

Actually, the DNC members were mostly leaning toward Hilary Clinton. Even as late as a few months before the 2008 Convention, the DNC had stronger support for her than the Convention delegates in general. (Based on conversations with a neighbor, who is a long-time member & officer of the DNC. Plus there were lots of articles at that time claiming that ‘the party hacks of the DNC are going to fiddle the rules to ensure that Clinton wins the nomination!!!’.)

The other nagging problem is the “turtles all the way down” aspect of this crazy logic. If my great-grandfather was not a citizen when my grandmother was born, then she is not a citizen, therefore my mother is not a citizen, therefore I am not a citizen. If we require both parents to be citizens and reject birthright citizenship, the only citizens would be those directly descended only from those grandfathered in under the Constitution. Any non-citizen immigrants in the woodpile would ripple down the family tree, rendering all descendants non-citizens. It’s just crazy.

I can believe that, but it doesn’t really matter what the DNC wanted. They weren’t the ones choosing the candidate.

I dunno, but at this point I wouldn’t put exactly that past some 'Bagger or other.

I daresay you wouldn’t have to go far, to find some RW who wants citizenship limited to pureblood “Old Americans” (a now rather old-fashioned phrase referring to white people – only – whose ancestors were living here at the time of independence).

Actually, they were (partly), since they are all voting delegates (super-delegates).

But I was just responding to KJR22’s assertion that the DNC sw Obama as their ‘savior’ in 2003.

2003? Heck, try 1961. Planted birth announcements … hello? Ring a bell?

The plans were actually laid in 1776.

Well, here’s some news for you, Marley23…Mario Apuzzo, Esq. has given ALL of the patriots with whom I am associated (a HUGE number all across the country) his permission to post anything and everything he writes, as long as his name is on it.

You know what…I’ve tried to carry on a thoughtful dialog here, presenting fact after fact, but I have gotten nothing but snide remarks and criticism from you, as the moderator, and the yahoo’s who continue to spout their liberal bias and LIES. Moving forward, you can all be happy commenting amongst yourselves as you blissfully follow your Pied Piper leader together; I will no longer waste my time with any of you. I have much better things to do, as I fight for maintaining America’s freedoms, and the laws of our Constitution; and support and promote the candidates who will uphold them. That certainly is not Obama! AND, I do not consider him MY President.
Good-bye one and all…and just so you know, I won’t be reading anymore of your pithy comments, so no need to even bother to make them. I’d have been banned anyways, because Marley23 and the rest of you can’t seem to take the truth. All of you have a good life with your heads in the sand!
One question, Marley23…have you ever checked to see if you are related to John Jay?
I should hope not or he’d be sorely disappointed in you!
Tootles!

:dubious:

Why do I get the feeling we’ll be seeing you on the 6:00 news?
