Well, that one’s funny more because of the timing. She takes that moment to look down, poke at it, determine that it’s a real cake, her real cake, and it’s gone, and then goes “wah.”
This reminds me. I gotta watch Jackass again. The first movie, that is. I love how they even had Rollins driving the Jeep in the beginning.
And I can just imagine the dialogue for the home auto repair, “Now, you just remove this screw here, and…aw crap.”
I saw the bicyclist run into the man walking across the street before, it’s much funnier in the longer version. Guy yells, “Hey, you’re going to wrong way!” Biker, “And you’re not using the crosswalk!” Guy, “You’re right. We’re good.”
Personally , although I sat through it, all those scenes of people who were perhaps really hurt, didn’t strike me as funny. Slapstick humor is okay if you know people aren’t really hurt.
I think my favorite was the guy who made a half turn with a ratchet and the engine blocked dropped out…as did the fender and headlights. Though I have to wonder if it was a prank or fake video.
Yeah, but the skateboarding/bicycle stunt videos seemed to confirm what I figured about those activities: you’re gonna get banged up a lot before you master them.
As for the stripper pole, I bet that happens a lot too. The pole appeared to be merely suction-cupped, or just wedged, between the floor and ceiling. How can those Home Stripper Kits be safe?
If I remember that one right, they rigged a pneumatic system to a stack of tires so that it had a “lid” and when it was sat on, they could blow the seat (and it’s occupant) into the air. Again, IIRC, it worked a bit too spectacularly and rammed the poor guy so hard into the ceiling that it knocked him out.
