Down sizing. Any regrets?

I’ve made the decision to sell my home and just get a two bedroom apartment. It doesn’t make sense for just little old me to be staying in a 3 bedroom home. Also I’m just tired of all the responsibilities involved in owning a home. Weekends to myself and not having to worry about all that stuff sounds absolutely amazing to me. That said, I’m a little nervous. I’m just asking for advice from people who have downsized. Any regrets? Any protips are appreciated too.
