That’s actually what was done after a week or two, when it became apparent dimwit just wouldn’t get it. Also complicated by the fact that dimwit’s documents were confidential - it was pointed out that having this tome pile up in the copier room wasn’t any more secure than having it sent upstairs. This actually backfired on the guy, what with him not wanting anyone to see it Internal Audit got involved. Apparently no foul play there, but the company was jumpy having just fired three people for running a scam out of the Finance department. It would have been entertaining if not for yelling and bad drama involved.
After it settled down, though, folks got used to send print jobs to the copiers and it worked very nicely.
