Good Lord!! When I read the thread title, I was absolutely certain that you meant, outlawing biweekly paychecks in favor of WEEKLY paychecks!!
Why the hell would someone be trying to force other people to budget and spend in the same way that they do? Bad enough people presume to do this with people receiving social services, but… WORKING PEOPLE?
