Is there a way to create a batch file, script of some sort, or even a pre-existing utility to set up OE w/ certian server settings? I ask because I work tech support and I waste so much time telling customers where to click. Would be nice to have them run a file and it prompt for the username and password and set all the setting correctly. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would think you could do what you want by exporting your registry keys to a .reg file that the user would run. You could pretty easily setup the account that way. The exact keys needed are listed on that site.
